Inner Sophia Soundbath at the Sound Healing Center of Lexington

We're pleased to make a special journey across the Bluegrass State to share an inner Sophia (wisdom) soundbath. Special thanks to the Sound Healing Center of Lexington for making space, and for the invitation.

This soundbath will come with the opportunity for an intention to listen for your inner voice, your still small voice, your Sophia (wisdom) that’s always been there, from the beginning.

All are welcome and will benefit from the energy-clearing quartz crystal singing bowls and Himalayan singing bowls tuned to 432 and 528 hz; Koshi chimes from the Pyrenees mountains of france, crystal singing pyramids, drumming, and more. Yoga mats, blankets, and props will be available, but please feel free to bring your additional comfort items from home. You will also have time for journaling and reflection.
