Soundbath at the Scottsville Counseling Center

Come soak in healing sounds with a friend as we bring a group soundbath to the Scottsville Counseling Center for the first time!

We are pleased to be partnering with the Scottsville Counseling Center for this special group session held in the yoga studio of the counseling center on the square. We’ll get started at 3 p.m., doors will open 10-15 minutes beforehand so you can pick your comfy spot to seal your intention with sound.

Our soundbaths are carefully curated and tuned to 432hz and 528hz. Binaural beats, drumming, voice, heart resonance…all here. From the sounds of quartz crystal to the ancient call of Himalayan singing bowls and Peruvian seed rattles, to many more sound experiences, you’ll slip into the beautiful Universe of yoU.

Tabitha will share relaxing, balancing and harmonic tones with 432hz and 528hz tuned quartz crystal singing bowls and Himalayan singing bowls. You can also expect to hear elemental Koshi chimes from the Pyrenees mountains of France, crystal singing pyramids, drumming, and more. Yoga mats, blankets, and props will be available, but please feel free to bring your additional comfort items from home. You will also have time for journaling and reflect.
