Lion’s Gate group soundbath on Aug. 8 in Bowling Green

Group soundbaths are finally back after a season of sabbatical! Join Tabitha of Soundbath Sophia for an afternoon of reset, relaxation and immersion in pure, sanctified sound on Saturday, Aug. 8, 2026 at the 4Yoga Studio on Fountain Square in Bowling Green, Kentucky. Enter at 2 p.m., choose your spot, settle in and we’ll go on our sound journey for Lion’s Gate and the abundance of 8/8.

Our group’s container will be one of the strongest frequency. If you come prepared with an intention created, be prepared for it to manifest. If you come to be rejuvenated, have no doubt that you’ll leave rejuvenated. Come alone or bring a group of friends — all are welcome. Let us know if you have any questions, concerns or special requests. Preregistration is required so we can set up for you and your needs ahead of time, then focus on simply settling you into the space and sound when you arrive.

Our soundbaths are carefully curated and tuned to 432hz and 528hz and 100 percent acoustic. Binaural beats, drumming, voice, heart resonance…all here. From the sounds of quartz crystal to the ancient call of Himalayan singing bowls and Peruvian seed rattles, and more sound experiences, you’ll slip into the beautiful Universe of yoU.

4Yoga studio is located on the second floor of The Pots Place Co-op Studio and Gallery. We are thankful to 4Yoga and the Pots Place for allowing us to cocreate in their accommodations so we can continue to share sound, especially in a centralized location of Bowling Green. We recommend you arrive a few minutes early to find parking and settle in the studio. Mats and comfort props will be available but you are welcome to bring your own. We look forward to seeing you relishing in pure sound.
