‘1111’ group soundbath in Bowling Green on Nov. 11

Join us for a group soundbath on the auspicious day of 11/11 — November 11, 2025, at 6:30 p.m. at Suite Zen and Level Up Wellness in downtown Bowling Green.

Doors will open at 6:20 p.m. — choose your seat or cozy mat for this soundbath meditation. Many hold 1111 to be an “angel number” — a sign of spiritual awakening and a reminder that you are on the path you’re meant to be.

You can expect the healing sounds of quartz crystal and Himalayan singing bowls tuned to 432 and 528 hz, quartz crystal singing pyramid, Koshi chimes from the Pyrenees Mountains, Tanuni seed rattle from Peru, drumming, and much more. Mats, blankets, props and zero gravity chairs are available, let us know if you have a preference.
